It's modern videogame music, a piano and string piece.
It does stand on its own, but its a bit short... maybe take a break from listening to it from a while, and come back to it, once you're in a similar state of mind, when you first composed it. Maybe slow down the tempo and add a boiled down version of the first minute or so, but lower, deeper?
I love that idea, I think its a good idea to step away from a project that you've over saturated your self with. I will defiantly experiment with those ideas.
